Precision Craft Solutions was tasked with an emergency rebuild of critical process equipment that had suffered a catastrophic failure in a client's facility. The situation looked grim, with the equipment deemed beyond repair, and the client's production at a standstill. Our team was determined to take on the challenge, and we quickly got to work.

We removed the damaged equipment from the site and transported it to our shop, where we began the process of cleaning and disassembling the machine. Despite being unable to obtain any information from the OEM, we quickly devised a plan and put it into action. We reverse engineered the machine, cutting out damaged parts of the hammer mill and replacing them with new steel. We even had to fabricate a new liner from scratch.

After a few long weeks of hard work, we successfully completed the project and reinstalled the equipment back in the plant. Our client was thrilled to be back up and running, and we were proud to have delivered a successful outcome.
